Domenico ist ein super Gastgeber. Ich würde jedem empfehlen zu kommen. Ausstattung und Wohnung sind top, der Garten mit den Zitronenbäumen ist super. Lage ist auch gut Bahnhof gleich in der Nähe. Auch die Willkommens und Abschiedsgeschenke waren sehr schön wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The place was perfect, ideally located close to the train station, making it easy to get around Naples and visit nearby sights. Domenico was an exceptional host: he kindly allowed us to check in early and securely stored our bags while we waited for our taxi after check-out. He also provided plenty of great recommendations for food and shops, and even gave us fresh lemons from his garden. It was an amazing place to stay!

Wir haben 10 Tage im Domus Prete in Scafati Urlaub gemacht, mit einer Jahreskarte 4 Tage das antike und neue Pompeij erlaufen, Neapel und die Amalfiküste besucht, den Vesuv erstiegen. Und das alles ohne Auto, da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel pünktlich fahren und auch noch bezahlbar sind. Die Bahn ist in kurzer Laufdistanz erreichbar und der Supermarkt Sole365 ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Prete für die schöne Ferienwohnung und für das tolle Ambiente drumherum. Unser besonderer Dank geht an Domenico, der sich wirklich mit allergrößter Herzlichkeit um alles gekümmert hat - vor allem da unser Gepäck erst nachts um 23:30 Uhr vom Flughafen nachgeliefert wurde und er es in Empfang genommen hat. Auch haben wir uns sehr über die Ostergrüße in Schokoladenform und Leckereien aus dem Garten gefreut. Es war ein toller Urlaub, der auf alle Fälle im Domus Prete wiederholt wird.

wir haben sieben Tage bei Domenico in die Wohnung La Ginestra gewohnt. Es waren super schöne Tage. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sehr sauber sehr modern, schöne kleine Terrasse und vor den Schlafzimmer aus gibt es auch einen kleinen Balkon, der eigentlich der Lieblingsplatz von underem Hund war, da er dort vor unserer Ausflüge, die Sonne genießen konnte. Domenico ist einfach ein super „Superhost“Er war immer da präsent, wenn wir was gebraucht haben und hat sich bemüht alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen und uns immer gute Tipps gegeben Eine sehr sympathische Person, die wir hoffen, wieder sehen zu können.

Super vybavenie kuchyne a velmi milý, nápomocný pán majitel :) bolo vidieť, že mu na hosťoch záleží. Tak isto postel bola velmi pohodlná.

El apartamento era grande, luminoso, nuevo y muy bien equipado. Con un bonito jardín con limoneros, que no pudimos usar porque llovía. El buen trabajo de Domenico impagable, estaba totalmente disponible y nos hizo la vida muy fácil. Muchas gracias 🙂

Nuestra estadía fue maravillosa, la atención de nuestro host fue excelente, un lugar tranquilo, cómodo y accesible. Muy bien ubicado, sin dudarlo volvería a quedarme ahí.

Apartamento amplio. Muy limpio. Calefacción potente. Pero lo que hace que la experiencia sea maravillosa es Domenico. Atentisimo a nuestras necesidades como turistas y seres humanos. El ha duplicado la buena experiencia del alojamiento, que es extraordinario. Muy recomendable

Nos ha encantado el piso de DOMUS PRETE ,en Scafati ; estaba muy limpio, bonito y muy cómodo. Su ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca de Nápoles y de Pompeya. Tiene un patio grande y hermoso para comer afuera cuando hace buen tiempo. Lo recomiendo para familias ,amigos o grupos. El mejor ha sido nuestro anfitrión : el señor Doménico, estuvo muy atento y nos ayudado en todo.

me and my husband were on a3 weeks tour through Italy and stayed at 4 different apartments. none of the others came even close to this one. the apartment was clean, nice and convinient . the garden around the house was cosy beautifull and plesent. but above all the service and the behavior of the owners was excpetional and we truly left with a taste for more!!!!!

Niente da dire Domenico è l'host che tutti vorrebbero quando con molta diffidenza si prenota un soggiorno non sapendo cosa ci aspetta. Siamo stati benissimo in una location in cui niente è lasciato al caso e c'è tutto quello che occorre per una famiglia come la mia di 4 persone e Domenico ci ha messo la ciliegina portandoci ogni mattina le specialità tipiche della zona per una colazione top. Ovviamente se ci dovesse capitare di dover organizzare un altro viaggio in zona sarà sicuramente una tappa d'obbligo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and all amenities worked flawlessly. The location was excellent close to everything we needed, yet quiet and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and fast; they were very welcoming and made the check-in process incredibly easy. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

이제까지 이탈리아에서 묵은 숙소 중에서 가장 좋았습니다. 공간이 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 전자키로 문을 열 수 있는 것이 좋았습니다. 그리고 주인이 너무 친철했습니다. 아침마다 직접 키운 레몬으로 만든 케이크나 레몬 캔디, 오렌지, 레몬 등을 가져다 주었고, 떠나는 날에는 샌드위치를 만들어주는 친절을 베풀어 주었습니다. 폼페이나 살레르노, 아팔피, 포지타노,소렌토로 여행하려는 사람에게 강력하게 추천합니다. 정말 편하고 좋은 곳입니다.

Brilliant flat, good central location. The staff couldn't be more helpful and even dropped us off to see the ruins at Pompey and to do a electric bike climb to see Vesuvius. Train stations and great supermarket nearby. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Besonders unser Gastgeber hat keinen Aufwand oder Mühen gescheut unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Stets freundlich und erreichbar, hat er unseren Besuch durch seine offene und willkommene Art noch schöner gemacht. Das Highlight war die ruhige Atmosphäre im wunderschönen Zitronengarten. Wir können das Domus Prete allen Reisenden herzlichst empfehlen.

Location perfetta per visitare Napoli, penisola sorrentina, costiera amalfitana, scavi ecc. Il Sig. Domenico è stato premuroso è gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo!!

We had a wonderful stay in this new appartment. It was well equipt and clean. It offers both heating and cooling system. The host made the arrival easy and smooth. During our stay he was always helpful with guidance and advices. He was very friendly and serviceminded. He even supplied us with fresh oranges every day. We also spend time in the nice courtyard full of lemon trees and orange trees. The appartment was situated in a quiet area and the location was close to the train station and to the supermarket, which was nice. Parking in the area is difficult, so the host provided a private parking lot, which was 250 meters away, though - but it was okay. We fully recommend this place.
