How we handle your data, in plain words

Who handles your data

The data controller is Antheia Homes srl, VAT 06241270658, based in Scafati (SA), Italy. For anything concerning your data, write to anthomes24@gmail.com.

What this site collects: almost nothing

This site is made of static pages. It has no database, no login area, it doesn’t profile you and it uses no analytics or advertising trackers. We don’t know who you are, how many pages you looked at, or where you came from.

Like any website, the server hosting it records the requests it receives (IP address, date and time, page requested) in its technical logs: that’s to keep it running and defend it from attacks, not to identify you.

When you write to us

If you send us an email or call, we handle what you give us — name, address, number, and what you write — for the sole purpose of replying to you. Legal basis: your interest in getting an answer and ours in giving you one. We don’t pass it to anyone and we don’t use it to send you advertising.

The same applies to the contact form on this site. What you write — name, email and message — reaches our management system and stays there as long as it takes to reply. Along with the message we keep the date, your IP address and the browser you used: not to profile you, but because they are the only defence against people who use forms to send spam, and because they are the proof of when and how you gave your consent.

When you ask to be notified (the Agerola houses)

The two houses in Agerola open in 2027. If you leave your email in the “Notify me” form, we use it for one thing only: to write to you when booking opens. Not for newsletters, not for offers, not for anything else.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box. We also keep the exact wording you accepted, the date, the IP and the browser: it proves what you consented to, not merely that you did.

You can change your mind at any time, even before the opening: write to anthomes24@gmail.com and we’ll delete the address. After we’ve notified you, if you don’t book, the address serves no further purpose and is deleted.

When you use the concierge (the assistant)

The site has an assistant that answers questions about your stay and the area. When you write to it, your question is sent to our server and to Anthropic (the Claude service), which generates the answer from our guide. It serves only to reply to you: we don’t ask for personal data to use it, it doesn’t profile you, it’s not advertising. Questions may be kept to improve the answers. Anthropic is based in the United States; if you’d rather not use it, you can always write or call us.

When you book

Booking does not happen on this site: the booking form belongs to Lodgify, our property management system. When you use it, the data you enter (dates, name, contacts, payment) is handled by Lodgify under its own terms, and we receive it as your hosts in order to manage your stay.

On arrival, Italian law requires us to register guests’ documents and report them to the police through the Alloggiati Web portal: that’s an obligation, not our choice, and we cannot avoid it.

How long we keep it

Emails for as long as it takes to deal with you, and after that for the period the law requires for invoices and tax obligations.

Contact-form messages for as long as it takes to reply and to keep a record of the exchange. The addresses on the “Notify me” list until booking opens, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data of yours we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to the processing. Just write to anthomes24@gmail.com: we answer, not an office. If you think something is wrong, you can turn to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

If anything changes

If one day we add tools that handle different data, we’ll write it here before switching them on, not after.
