Arriving
When you get here someone from our team is waiting for you: they check you in, show you how the house works and answer whatever you want to ask. You get an envelope with the information and the keys to the apartment.
Check-in is usually between 14:00 and 16:00.
Arriving at a different time is not a problem, but tell us beforehand: somebody has to be there to let you in. The latest is 21:30.
After 22:00 check-in costs €35. We’re telling you here rather than at the till: at that hour it means bringing someone out specially, and we’d rather you knew when you book the flight, not when you arrive.
Leaving
Before you go we say goodbye in person. If something wasn’t right, that’s the moment to tell us: it’s how we fix it for the next people.
By arrangement, one of our team walks through the apartment with you, about two hours before you leave. It’s to check everything is in order — together, not after you’ve gone.
